Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Reputly (the "Service"), operated by [Your Company Ltd, registered in Bulgaria, EIK ______, address ______] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Reputly helps businesses monitor online reviews across platforms (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp), generate AI-assisted replies, collect new reviews, and analyse their reputation. Features vary by plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18. One person or business per account unless on an Agency plan.

3. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, via our payment processor (Stripe). Free trials last 7 days; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you selected begins and you are charged. You can cancel anytime from Billing — cancellation stops future renewals; we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: publish unlawful, defamatory or deceptive review responses; use the Service to post fake reviews or manipulate ratings in violation of any platform's policies; resell the Service except under an Agency plan; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Third-party platforms

Reputly connects to third-party services (e.g. Google Business Profile). Your use of those is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs or for content they host. You authorise us to access and act on your connected accounts on your behalf (e.g. publishing replies you approve).

6. AI-generated content

Replies and insights are generated with AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. Negative-review replies always require your approval unless you explicitly enable auto-reply for positive reviews.

7. Data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data; you grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service.

8. Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination we delete or anonymise your data per the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the EU. Disputes are subject to the courts of your registered seat.
